About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, understand industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.
- Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging social media platforms.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
