About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing accounts.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively present and sell to customers.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand the competitive landscape.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sales agreements to ensure win-win outcomes for the company and clients.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and sales reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging digital platforms.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in sales.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and at least one regional language.
