About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, driving brand awareness, and increasing customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels to meet business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with customers through various channels, building strong relationships and fostering loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in [insert relevant industry, e.g., retail, technology, hospitality].

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
